PC wont Boot Error Code B4/A2

PC has been running fine i installed new update for input mapper and reboot was required when it started up its at first screen where it says ROG F2 for bios etc it freezes i cant do anything and it says error codes B4 then switches to A2

If you have more than one hard drive or SSD attached , unplug the others and leave just your OS drive attached. Then try to boot it.

I unplugged everything and reconnected and now it makes it to the Starting Windows screen but hangs and freezes there

*update* when it freezes on windows screen then monitor goes off i can unplug my Hdmi and reconnect and it loads windows, im very confused here, the only changes i done was install input mapper and plugged in two ps4 controllers for first time

Try booting it with the keyboard or mouse not attached and vice versa , B4 can be a USB issue and A2 is usually a HDD \ SSD BOOT PRIORITY or cable issue, if that doesn't work also try a CMOS clear.

Yea i got two HD one SSD one normal its working now but windows takes like 2minutes to start up when it used to take like 15 seconds

How about with the Keyboard and Mouse , not attached or one of them at a time?

Mouse and keyboard run off the same usb it works with it now but to get it to boot i had to unplug all usb and all hdmi cords

Plugged and unplugged the reboot time is around 2min dosent seem to change anything

Might be corrupted , might need to clean install the OS.

Yea imma go ahead and download win 10 and upgrade and see if that fixes it, my best guess is using 2 ps4 controllers together with usb created a conflict which caused a crash which damaged window start up files, deff tricky to figure out im still new to pc's this is my first build. Im just glad i didnt fry anything lol thanks blackbird for your help

Hi, was running into the same issue kind of. The A2 error was surprisingly caused by a Fanatec force feed back steering wheel for racing games. If i left it turned on during a boot, It hangs at A2 until i turn the wheel off. As soon as I turn off the wheel it finished booting. I will add that it was a very frustrating couple weeks until i figured this out. I had tried a bunch of different hard drives and boot priorities and stuff of thatr nature, just to notice it booted fine one day and realized i had unplugged the wheel.
