I was reseting my PC and while it was deleting files was at 40℅ we had a power cut and now when I power it up it won't boot. I can get into the BIOS but got no clue what I'm doing at all , as I'm new to this . Any advise would be great, big or small.

By reset, I assume you mean factory restore the OS; erase all memory and revert the OS to factory state.

If the power went out during that you might have corrupted your partition.

Since you can't boot, I'd recommend getting a USB drive, installing Windows 10 on it from the website on a different PC, insert the USB into your PC, boot from the USB and install Windows like that again.

Be sure to erase all the partitions while you install Windows.

You won't need another product key since you are reinstalling on the same machine with the same specs; it will automatically reactivate your Windows license upon fresh installation.
