Question PC wont boot past MOBO splash

System Specs:
Ryzen 9 5950x
RTX 3080ti (Gigabyte Visions)
TridentZ neo (2x16gb)
ROG Strix B550 mobo
EVGA 850W Supernova G+

PC won’t boot past mobo splash. Can’t load into bios settings. Led lights on mobo get past DRAM, CPU, VGA, then holds a green light on BOOT.

Have tried removing CMOS battery, reseating RAM, reseating GPU, different RAM slots, removing external devices.

PC was working fine yesterday and wouldn’t boot at all today.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Boot drive is a 1tb WD black m.2 ssd
additional 3tb seagate HDD and a 2 tb samsung 970 pro m.2

I also tried removing the boot drive just see if I could get to bios or a different out come but nothing changed.

Removed the HDD (seagate barracuda) and was able to boot into windows. Maybe the HDD died? Why would this prevent windows from booting if it is not the boot drive?

Seen it before, bad storage cause booting issue, bios keep trying to id it
When you boot, does the hdd make any noise?

Nothing sounded unordinary. Also could be from the fans drowning out the sound. The HDD is relatively old.
