Question PC won't boot to Windows after a power outage ?

My pc won't boot to windows after installing gpu, but it boots to bios. I tried uninstalling the drivers, disabling the integrated graphics. It worked last night but after an power outage I tried turning it on but it won't boot windows, it works with the integrated graphics but not with the gpu.

We're going to need a little more information. When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:

Include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. While on the iGPU, can you check and see what your BIOS version is? If you're on Windows 10, please parse the version(not edition) of the OS you're on.

Shot in the dark but I'm going to guess it killed the PSU. Need more info on your system though.
