[SOLVED] PC won't boot with 2 sticks of ram

So, I've got these Patriot Viper 4 Blackout series, 2 8GB sticks. They came together, but whenever I put them both in the motherboard, my PC boot loops. When I put either one of them in alone, in any given slot, it boots just fine. I turned on D.O.C.P, but that doesn't change anything. my specs are;
Asus Prime B550m-a (wi-fi)
XFX Radeon RX 580
Ryzen 5 3600
Thermaltake 600w ATX 12v
This is my first PC build, and I'd really appreciate any help at all. brand new stuff, fresh out their respective boxes.

It's PVB416G300C6K, Tested frequency is 3000MHz, base frequency is 2133Mhz, 1.35v, 16-18-18-36

The kit is not in the ASUS QVL for your board. When you go to the site under memory type in Patriot in the vendor box and hit search to save some time. Perhaps Patriot will help you out and swap a compatible pair since they imply that it will work HERE.
