[SOLVED] Pc won't boot

Hello,
I have just built a new PC, everything looks fine but I can't get my PC started. I have tested my PSU and it works completely. When I turn it on I get an orange light but this as a whole line on my motherboard and with my graphics card there is a small white light. I don't think it's with the DRAM. i have the Asus Prime b460-Plus motherboard. So my question is why can't I boot my PC? What's the problem?

After trying for 2 days I found the problem. All I had to do was take out the cmos battery and put it back in place. Now everything works perfectly. Thanks for answering.
