Question Pc wont boot

So i got a new pc and i was playing valorant when the game crashed and there was a problem with their anti cheat software, i saw online that you need to change something in the bios and followed the instructions, now when i turn on the pc there is no beep but the fans and led work but mouse keyboard and monitor don't turn on, the fans keep turning on and off every 2-3 seconds but nothing is happening. The same loop keeps happening. Help pls.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

What was it that you did? Disabled CSM or enabled it? A link to the guide you followed would help us two fold.
