PC has 4 sec beeps one way, hdd led is on not flashing, MSI Motherboard, pleaseassist

We need a lot more info than that, specific mobo, link preferably, and if it oem a link to the machine, or if its custom a link to all other parts that could keep it from posting such as cpu, gpu, ram, hdd, ect
