[SOLVED] PC won't detect GPU

I was using an integrated GPU lately (Intel HD 4600), today I added Sapphire toxic r9 280x 3g gddr5 GPU but it's not detected.
On Device Manager->Display adapters I see both of them (AMD Radeon R9 200 Series and Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 which is the active one now).

On dxdiag I see this error: "
There is a problem with AMD Radeon R9 200 Series device. For more information, search for 'graphics device driver error code 43' "

I installed the latest graphic driver today but when I try to enter the AMD Radeon Software it says:
"No AMD graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware".

Any ideas please?

This. The one you installed (latest) is probably not good for such an old card. You need to find a driver that supports that GPU.

Thank you, that may be the reason.
How do I find the right driver for me then? Or I'll just have to try out and see what works?

Btw does it matter where i connect my dvi? I tried everything and it didnt help but still, whats the right port, the upper or middle one?
