[SOLVED] PC Won't pass cpu during boot after changing cooler

Hello, I recently changed cooler from an old silverstone tower cooler to a cheap 120mm liquid cooler from segotep. After the install, my pc is just stuck on cpu during boot and the fans are spinning on full speed. I didn't reseat the cpu when changing the cooler and I did a bios reset using the built in bios reset switch. My specs is i5 7600k, MSI Z170m Mortar, 8 gb ddr4 Klevv bolt 2667 mhz and gtx 1660.

Cooler might be too tight, try loosening it a little. Also, 120mm AIOs are crap as CPU coolers, you may well have been better off with the air cooler depending on what model it was.
