[SOLVED] PC won't power sometimes

Sometimes when i power up the pc it doesn't power up and the fans spin for like half a second and then stops, no matter how many times I do it nothing change, I have to turn off the power and wait for like 30 minutes then it will let me power it up again eventually, I have been using this PC for about a year and this only started happening a week ago and keeps repeating every 2 or 3 days, sometimes while the PC is on it shuts down and this happens as well, I'm not sure where the problem is coming from

Asus PRIME B560-PLUS
Intel Core i5-11400F
Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 2 GB
EVGA SuperNOVA GA 650 W 80+ Gold

Would first just check things like,
reseat gpu
reseat ram
make sure cpu cooler is on well/snug
make sure al power connectors are in correctly, also on psu side.
