I shut my computer off a week ago and it wont start. Tried with a new psu, wont start either. The lamp on my GPU is glowing , so it has power.I alsontried jump starting it, it didnt work..

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H11M-S2H.
GPU:GTY 960
4 GB DDR4 RAM
CPU:pENTIUM II.
PSU:HKC USP5580

The light on the GPU is not full assurance that the computer has power.

PSU's provide power via three different voltages: 3 volts, 5 volts, and 12 volts.

So if one voltage is not working then the computer may not start.

However, if second PSU did not work then there could be a case switch problem or maybe a faulty motherboard connector.

Did you use power cables from the old/original PSU to connect the new/test PSU? Could be a bad cable.

Do you have a multi-meter and know how to use it? Or know someone who does?

Will the computer boot into Safe Mode?

Are you able to access BIOS?

New PSU, Old PSU: specs?

Did you mix PSU cables when you installed the new PSU?
The computer won't start like nothing. No fans no boot no nothing.
The PSU wasn't a completechange, I just wanted to see if it was a PSU problem but it didn't start with the change either.

Not a full test because the PSU is not under load. Any voltages out of tolerance make the PSU suspect.

The multi-meter can also be used to test the case switch.
