PC wont start up - black screen with only a white number in right corner

When i start my PC up it gets a black screen and in right down corner theres a number '92' in white thats onlu thing i see but every component on my pc works before it started up rlly slow and now it just doesnt anyone knows how to solve this? (the bios screen doesnt even show up so)
specs:
GPu: msi gtx 960 4gb
CPU: AMD fx 8320
SSD: 2x 500 gb SSD 1 samsung 1 crucial
MB: msi 970
RAM: 16gb 2x 8gb

Typically, "92" is a conflict between MSI's motherboard and something connected via USB. I believe Razer products are pretty common for it. Not sure on the reasoning.

Remove all USB devices and try to boot. If all is ok at that point, add back each device, one at a time until the problem reoccurs.

Thanks! y logitech g533 usb stick was in a wrong usb port and i output it and it started up inmediatly in 10 secs as usual! still strange haha
