PC Wont start up correctly

Hello, I am having troubles getting my computer to start up. I hear the fans kick on and the Windows screen comes up and then I either get a blue "CheckDisk" screen or I get the black screen telling me that it didn't start up correctly and I can pick to start in safe mode and so on. No matter what option I pick, it either locks up or it goes back to the Windows screen and keeps repeating....it will never actually start up. Any suggestions???? I don't know a whole lot about this kind of stuff either.

Sounds like you have a corrupted hard disc.
Can you access the BIOS?

Re-install windows, maybe...
