So I have been buying my parts for my first pc build. Upon connecting everything and attempting to start it up. It won't start. No fans nothing. The gpus light turns on. The mobo blinks a faint blue light. Upon pressing the power button the led light for motherboard blinks repeatedly No fans activate for the case or cpu fan.

My system build is as follows.

Psu: corsair TX 650 watt
gpu: gtx 660
mobo: MSI Z97 gaming 5
Cpu: i5 4690k

That's just the main stuff. The case is an antec 900 gaming case.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have tried everything above, and it still doesn't work, then we will need to start ruling out bad parts.

Also, when you are handling computer parts, it's very important that you discharge static electricity from your body (by touching a metal object or using an anti-static strap) before touching them, or you could fry them.

So I switched to a different case this time I don't get a blue blinking light when holding the power button. Gpu still has its green light on. I only have mobo, gpu and psu connected. Wroth the power sw, reset sw, and hdd led connected to the M-connector. Cpu connected to cpu fan1, and psu connected to both power spots on mobo. Still nothing.

Did you try resetting the BIOS? Unplug the computer from the wall, take out the CMOS battery for 30 seconds, and hold down the power button for 10 seconds and then put everything back and try it.
