Question Pc won't start when i put my radeon hd 7570

Fans are working fine but there's black screen. When i remove it pc starts normally. Sorry for bad english
My specs:
Intel Core i3-3220
8gb ram ddr3 1333mhz
300w psu FSP300-60ght
250gb hdd
And the video card HD7570

Checking out your GPU specs it says minimum of 350w

I understand i must find video card with 300w minimum thanks.

Maybe this is the problem but look in other themes for this video card people say they have no problems with 300 and 250watts

And when card is install all fans are working fine but it shows black screen..

In power supply calculator recommended wattage is 304

I have removed dvd-rw drive because it use 30w but again i have same result.. Are there some settings in bios which i can change?

I find the problem, my motherboard is not compatible with this card..
