Question PC won't start

When I power up my system the fans start to run very slower(Completely Silent) than as they usually do while booting up but the GPU fans don't start. I tried booting up the system without GPU but it still not booting I know this because my keyboard and mouse didn't light up when I tried it and I also don't know if my HDD starts or not.

I don't have in-built speakers right now and its 3am in my country so you guys have to wait till morning if you really want to know the beep code.

But if you can help me without the beep code then it would be very appreciated.

I'm sorry fir the late reply, I was busy. What do you mean by "Power Supply?" ?

Power Supply fan was spinning but slower than usually does. If that's what you want to know.

I mean, which PSU and is it in known good working order because symptoms point at it

Idk the name of the power supply its some chinese brand that's for sure.
