Question pc won't turn on after resetting the CMOS battery

hello, yesterday i wanted to reset my bios and i unplugged the cmos battery, waited 30 minutes and then put it back and now the pc won't turn on, no signal of life at all and i turned off my psu before doing this.
Did i just lost my mobo?

We're going to need a little more information. Can you please parse the specs to your build? If the platform is old, perhaps try and see if replacing the CMOS battery with a fresh cell changes anything.

the specs are:
motherboard: Asrock fm2a55m-hd+
CPU: Athlon X4 860K
GPU: 2x RTX 3070 ti.
USB flash 8gb
RAM: hyperx fury DDR3 4GB
PSU: Gigabyte 750W P750GM
kinda strange but it's just a mining build.

It turned on, but one of the 3070 ti is not being recognized in hive os, it turns on and the fans spins normally, it says "missing unit", already tried new risers but nothing.

You're PSU is inadequate for the job, something along the lines of a 1.5KW or higher reliably built PSU is warranted with that GPU setup.
