Question Pc won't turn on anymore.

My desktop suddenly won't turn on.

The GPU has the red light on, when I plug a ethernet cable, I see the internet lights on but nothing happens when I press the power button or when I try to jump start it from the motherboard. I tested the PSU and it worked on its own.

I have a asus 4090, an asus z790-p wifi, Corsair RM1000x, i7, 32gb triden tz

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

Motherboard:
Ram:

PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

I tested the PSU and it worked on its own.
Please elaborate. The paper clip method doesn't state how much power the PSU can effectively output when under load.
