Question PC Won't turn on with GPU plugged in

Hello,

I just tried putting a graphics card into my system, but the PC will no longer boot. Everything works fine without the GPU but when the GPU is plugged into the mobo and the PSU nothing will happen. A single LED will light on the graphics card, but when the power button is hit nothing happens, no fans spin, just nothing. Is it likely that this is just an issue with the wattage of the power supply? pc part picker says everything should work fine (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/XsFTfH)

CPU: AMD-FX-6300
Motherboard: Asus-M5A78L-M
RAM: 2x4gb G.skill ares
GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 660 Ti
PSU: Corsair CX 450W 80+ Bronze

That power supply is sufficient for your system. Sounds like it could be the GPU stopped working.

Would the green LED on the GPU still be lit in that case?
