Question PC wont turn on

Hi
I accidently knocked over my Desktop PC. Everything was fine before but when i turn on the PC all the lights and fans come on but no display of anything. So far i checked my video card not sure whats wrong should i replug in everything its not even detecting my keyboard/mouse.
Any help is appreciated thanks.

check the cables
check the memory
check the HDD cables
check the mounted cooler

replug everything

I accidently knocked over my Desktop PC

I'm still trying to wrap my brain around that....but, no. I don't even want to know.

Open it up, and disconnect everything that has a connector and re-connect it. Make certain that memory, processor and any cards are still properly in place and secure.
