Question Pc wont turn on

My friends pc started to randomly shut off at times. He could turn it back on no problem. Now when he tries to turn it on it will shut off before making it to the windows screen. Sometimes it will get to the windows screen but will then shut off shortly after.

I have a picture of the boot screen but cant seem to figure out how to add it to the post.

Seems like that there is problem in the board. So you should take it for repairing.

As i was typing that post. I walked him through reseating all his mother board connections. and his ram. It seems to be working for now.
