Question PC wont Turned on , PSU is working but Power Switch wont turn on the PC

Here's a story , i have windows 11 installed on my pc , 3-4 days ago i turned on Secure Boot for a game i wanted to play. After that my monitor wont show display , i checked my cables, monitor( i tried the monitor on another pc, it works) and GPU they were all working fine so i decided to build the pc over, i did build the pc over like 2-3 times it didnt show any display either so after 3th build my pc didnt turned on when i pressed the power button, i checked if did anything wrong when i inserted power cable , they are all fine. I decided to check the PSU

with this this and it worked but my pc still wont power up.
I did the screwdriver thing too to startup the pc without power button, it didnt work. At this point i'm hopeless what should i do ?
