Question Pc wouldn't boot after I changed the ram

After I changed the ram to my HP PRO 3000 MT, my pc wouldn't boot. All the fan and led is working but it doesn't boot. When I switched back into the old ram it all work just fine. Any solution to this?
Ram spec:
Old working ram: a piece of Samsung 1gb 1rx8 pc3 10600U
New problematic ram: four pieces of Corsair VS2GB1333D3
Any response would be appreciated

The motherboard that came with HP PRO 3000 MT. There's label "N1996" but when I search that up nothing match my motherboard. I think if you want to see the spec searching up the whole model would be easier (it's prebuilt afterall)

No, I am here, Old DDR3 mother boards require "low density" DDR3 memory that is not hardly made anymore, I will try to find some for you. You probably need to get your money back for that Corsair memory unless the guaranteed it to work.
