Looks pretty good, but I'd still suggest getting a faster GPU and a slower CPU.

What's wrong with the GPU? It seems pretty fast to me (1.06gh, 2gb gddr5 ram, 640 cores).

It's upper midrange. The most important stat, generally, is the number of cores. However, judging GPU performance by stats alone is quite difficult.

Generally, you should be spending substantially more on the GPU than the CPU; 2-3x is what I'd normally be looking at.

As I said earlier, I'm not a mad gamer. I'd rather have the PC running at lightning speed than the graphics. Would both my AMD setup and my Intel setup be able to run GTA 4? How many fps? thanks!

General snappiness is best improved by the addition of an SSD, though that might be a little out of your budget.

A DVI-I>VGA adapter normally comes with video cards.

You unplug everything, unscrew the old one, then screw in and plug in the new one.

I might add in another R9 270X for 2-way crossfire, and an SSD some time in the future, but all in all, I'm quite happy with it.
