My Mobo has PCI2.0 x16 what does this means.Does this means that i can put 2 Graphics cards are one time?
If yes then what are the pros and the cones of it?

PCIe 2.0 x16 means it has 2nd Generation PCIe with 16 lanes to that slot. Depending on the motherboard you might be able to run SLI or Crossfire, however, there are very few games that support those multi-gpu methods anymore. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PCI_Express
