I have one motherboards with (PCIe 2.0 x16) and the other motherboard with (PCIe 3.0 x16)

If I was to install the same graphic card onto these two motherboards, will the PCIe 3.0 x16 slot push out better graphics than the PCIe 2.0 x16?

Nope , PCIE performance would be almost identical.

Okay. Thanks. I was going to invest in a PCIe 3.0 x16 motherboard.

There is a difference. PCIe 3.0 has a wider pipe ( Bandwidth ) than PCIe 2.0. In short, the wider Pipe can handle more information than the narrower 2.0. a PCIe 1.0 lane can handle 250MB/s each way and 2.0 is double that. I am assuming here that 3.0 is triple that. As for the performance, it would seem that it would, but from bench marks I have seen, the difference is negligible.
