PCIE in dell precision T1600?

I own a dell precision T1600 model and was wondering if there are any PCIE slots on the mother board (PCI-Express). Does anyone here know if it has PCIE slots? I think it does but I'm not fully sure.

The blue slot and the long black slot are both PCIe slots. They are physically x16 size. I would think the will work as an x16, 0 or x8, x8 electrically.
