We have 10 computers in a small office. We are working for 24 hours. So, we don't shutdown computer for a single day. So, I see my PCs are really hot and not working properly. Sometimes it is hanged over and sometimes we can not share files in between local networks. Is this because of room temperature? Or something else? Could you please let me know. Your kind helpness will be appreciated.

Solution
That doesn't look like a room temp issue. If you're apt with PCs, try to replace the thermal compound on the systems. Another option is to take off the side panels. If they're hanging up, they have to be running REALLY hot, to the extent that your office would have to be ~120F for it to be a room temperature issue.

Solution
No problem. On *most* computers, it's usually built out of the main tower, and two side panels. They're basically two sheets of metal on the sides held in by screws or friction joints. What kind of computers do you use? Check for screws at the back, but at the very edge of the system. If those are undone, you should be able to pull off the sides.
