Pegatron IPIEL-LA3 What chips can I use

I have a HP P6180T Desktop that has the Pegatron IPIEL-LA3 motherboard and a Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300 processor in it. My question is can I upgrade to a Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 or a Q9550 Processor safetly? Here's a link to the motherboard specifications. I don't understand the "K" "W" "Y" series processor notes.

The Y stands for Yorksfield http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007671%2050001157%20600005654&IsNodeId=1&name=Yorkfield
You are in luck the Q9xxx series is Yorksfield like your Q8300
