Besides the super large socket etc... also with a super-large price tag...

p4 is for people who believe mhz is more important than performance.
p4 benchmarks suck unless it is a special designed optimized benchmark just for the processor.
athlon 1.2gig is as fast or faster as a 1.5 gig pentium 4 for almost anything , ESP when they get those DDR memory boards for it
