I'm planning to buy a RX470. Will my pentium g4500 bottleneck this card ?

Solution

Somewhat, yes. But not a deal-killer IMO. Besides, you always have the option to upgrade the CPU in the future and gain a bit more GPU power from the RX-470 as well.
