Pentium no overclock

I am thinking of buying an upgrade for my computer with a new CPU and Mobo. I was thinking for CPU about the Pentium g3258 and I wouldnt want to mess with overclockings. I use it mostly for Moba games MMORPG's, not so demanding ones. Will it be good without OC or should i go for an fx 4300? And what Motherboard you suggest at 50-60 $ at most.

i says it has integrated graphics card. I already have a gt640 2gb witch i have no complains. If it is maybe i ll go now for a pentium 3258. The only games played on this pc will be Lol and generally light games. I wa wondering if it is a better option than an AMD 3 core one.
