Performance difference in PCI-E and PCI-E x16 Graphics cards?

Looking at GTX 750 Ti cards on Newegg I see the option for PCI-E 3.0 with or without X16. Seems the non-x16 cards are less expensive even though the rest of the specs appear the same, unless I missed something. My motherboard has the x16 slot so I guess I could run either graphics card but the question is will I lose performance by going with the less expensive non-x16 card? This one in particular... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127784

Thanks

Its not non x16. They are all x16 so they don't have to say.

Its sorta like saying a four wheel car. You don't have to. They are all 4 wheel cars.

I read it but don't fully understand all the workings of the systems. Seems like that's all about how the GPU communicates through the motherboard I guess? I'm probably going to need the real basic baby-food type answer, lol. Maybe a simpler question would have been better. Looking at only GTX 750 Ti cards, is it worth extra cash to get the x16 version?
