I upgraded my mobo from a B450 to an X570 and my CPU from a Ryzen 5 2600 to a Ryzen 7 3700x and my FPS seems to have become slightly worse/less stable rather than a big improvement which I was expecting.

Full specs:

Gigabyte X570 gaming x
Ryzen 7 3700x
GTX 1070 fe
16gb Ballistix tactical tracer 3000mhz
600w psu

Cooling is fine, cpu is staying at around 65 degrees while gaming with a watercooler. I've double checked all the drivers.

I took a screenshot of the CPU usage while gaming because I cant really tell if they're normal, all the other statistics seem fine

I it HIGHLY recommended when you replace the mobo.Plus you changed the cpu too so there is even more reason to reinstall. Also try to overclock the ram to atleast 3200mhz,trust me you will notice a difference.

Yeah I reinstalled Windows. I learnt that the hard way after an earlier upgrade. I'll try overclock the ram, not exactly sure how, usually just use XMP
