Question Pes 19 lagging and fps drops

Hi i am playing pes 19 on my pc but it drops fps and lags for about 5 seconds i have tried everything but it also drops fps i don't know if it is because my cpu or ram gpu or my monitor it drops like from 60 frames to 19 or 15 just for few seconds and then it goes back to 60
My specs
Cpu: amd fx 6300 six core (not overclocked)
Ram: 8gb 1600 mhz
Gpu: Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 gainward 4gb (not overclocked)
Monitor: dell 60ghz
Psu: be quite 500w

What do your cpu temps look like when you are gaming?

Between 55 to 60

Use task manager when you are gaming and then check it when you are getting the lag to see if something is running in background or something else is not working correctly.

I also tried that there are bunch of applications from windows itself and i updated my drivers but it didn't brought anything
