Philips Announces 144 Hz Gaming LCD

OMG why cant they make it with a small bezel, 144hz monitors with a flashing strobe light perform like CRT monitors, 120+ hz monitors without this feature perform better but not as good as the ones with the strobe function like the Asus 144hz . To bad they cant make the bezel small.

It's not as bad as that new Asus 2560x1440 monitor that also has a VGA port.

Got my Asus 24" 144hz 1080p. I had an IPS 27" 1440p beforehand. I will never go lower than 120hz now that I've experienced it. Had to do quite a bit of calibration, but color looks solid. Not IPS good, but pretty great! 1440p 60hz < 1080p 120hz+ any day for gaming.

Sounds like a downgrade, not an upgrade
