I've already tried looking through Dell's entire Site and no drivers can be found there

If you provide the correct information at the site you will get the driver for it.

Whatever hardware dell install on its PC has a driver on its site.

Dell has pertinent information on its PC, Bar code ID, SN, Model Number. If you provide that info drivers and documentation will come out.

I fixed and rebuilt Dell PC for my friends and i always find the drivers for their HW.
