Hello,
My mom has done an oopsie.. she clicked on a malicious link in her email send a fake bank email.
she has put in her credentials etc.. but i called card stop already so i think were safe on that part.
now they probably have downloaded a keylogger or something else malicious on her device no? (windows laptop)
I saw a .pst file in her downloads from outlook but dont know if thats malicious or not, and i also believe they cant be that blatant.
what do i do know, cause she really needs the files that are on her laptop so i cant just do a fresh win install.
what is the best bet to find and get rid of anything malicious?
