Phone call from Microsoft?

Has anyone ever received a phone call from someone from Microsoft asking that they call them back at an 800 number with a 4 digit extension. They referred to me by my first name. They gave no clues or hints as to what it was about and I cant tell what department it is from. I tried calling back at about 6:30 pm and the the lady that the extension took me to was not there.

I live in the UK and no... but I wouldn't post anything on forums about that :S ?

I wouldn't worry, just ignore them.
