Phone wifi just not working?

I have a phone (BLU Pure XL) that has been working perfectly, but now for some reason the wifi is not working, it is working on everyone else's phone and laptop at my house but it won't work for my phone. I think it is probably not the phone since it works perfectly at every other wifi hotspot, it just doesn't work at home.. My phone connects to wifi no problem, but then when I try to watch a video or surf the web it just doesn't load, and gives no internet connection/error please retry errors. It used to work great for a while and it just started doing this. Please help.

May sound like a lame suggestion, but it should be your first step:

- power down the phone.
- reset the router.
- once router is back up, power on the phone.

also clear the caches and cookies from ur internet settings...

Thanks but these have not worked.. Used to work fine but randomly stopped and became bad

check ur access point connectivity settings...
reinstall ur browsers...
