Question Pillar Axiom 600 Slammer in warning state ?

Hi all,

I am being task with troubleshooting an issue for the Pillar Axiom 600 Storage System. The storage was unable to start properly. When we log in to troubleshoot, we noticed the Slammer was in warning state. The troubleshooting steps we tried was to:

1. Cold reboot the storage.
2. Change FC connection or the SFP connector

But the issues still persisted.

Can someone provide some guidance?

It is out of warranty and support. Most of the backup is stored in the pillar. We have 3 Bricks, 2 of which is FC and 1 is SATA. The backup is in the SATA Brick. We are unable to see the logical disk itself because of the Slammer issue. Kindly advice.
