Launched my PC, started up discord and all of sudden i realize my ping is over 1000ms. I tried using browser, downloading games from steam. Then I pinged Clouddns and Google's DNS servers to see what is wrong. (results:)

Pinging 1.1.1.1 with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 1.1.1.1: bytes=32 time=971ms TTL=53
Reply from 1.1.1.1: bytes=32 time=1045ms TTL=53
Reply from 1.1.1.1: bytes=32 time=1104ms TTL=53
Reply from 1.1.1.1: bytes=32 time=1095ms TTL=53

Ping statistics for 1.1.1.1:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 971ms, Maximum = 1104ms, Average = 1053ms

C:\Windows\System32>ping 8.8.8.8

Pinging 8.8.8.8 with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 8.8.8.8: bytes=32 time=26ms TTL=118
Reply from 8.8.8.8: bytes=32 time=26ms TTL=118
Reply from 8.8.8.8: bytes=32 time=27ms TTL=118
Reply from 8.8.8.8: bytes=32 time=26ms TTL=118

Ping statistics for 8.8.8.8:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 26ms, Maximum = 27ms, Average = 26ms

I have tried every possible way to reset adapter settings and also reinstalled adapter drivers but no fix.
What can I do?

You need to let the ping run longer. Best if you could run ping to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8. at the same time.
It is more to see if you randomly get the delays.

In many ways you want both to have the same issue. Both use your pc/router and internet connection. If you have issue with those device you would see problems with all IP addresses.

You can run tracert to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 to try to find where the latency increases. Problem is you can do nothing about things that are not in your house or maybe with your ISP connection.
