Hello guys, I recently started having ping issues while playing online games, the ping wasnt stable even though im on cable internet (ethernet cable directly connected to the main router).
I submitted a ticket to riot as I first noticed the ping spikes during a valorant session. They suggested all sorts of diagnostics but the issue still remains. The diagnostics showed some packet loss on a software called pingsplotter where it pinged some of their ips.
I ran some ping tests on command prompt, targeting google.com, I saw a couple of ips getting 100% packet loss
7 --- 100/ 100 =100% 100/ 100 =100% 172.253.67.17
0/ 100 = 0% |
8 --- 100/ 100 =100% 100/ 100 =100% 192.178.81.216
This is from /pathping google.com
Im not a tech genius so I dont know how to fix this
WELP 😕
