Question Ping was 11 when Xfinity was installed, now it's 30 ?

Buy all the houses in between and run your own private fiber to where the ISP network ends.

That is only partially a joke. For the ISP to run fiber to your house they would have to buy some path though all the neighboring land. Most cities have a easement near the road for utilities but there is only so much room for stuff to be buried. They will have to decide if they even want to sell part of this access for any price. If you use it then someone else that also wants to run a different fiber can not. If ATT comes in 5 years from now and want to run fiber to all the houses your fiber would be blocking their ability to run fiber in that area.

Likely going to be cheaper to just move someplace else with better internet.

If you were actually making your living playing games you would rent a small office in a commercial district where you can get all kinds of fiber options. It would be a tax deductible business expense. I suspect like most similar posts we see on this forum you are not actually paying for your living expenses playing games so it is unrealistic to even consider options that cost lots of money.
