I'd like a pc that can run planet zoo. If it can run that it will do everything else I need it to do. I've been looking on ebay and can see a few at £200 but I'm so out of the loop with pc's I've no idea whether it will be any good. I'd really appreciate someone linking me to a few options. Chloe x

£200 is not enough. GTX770 or R9-270X as a minimum is worth more than that at the moment.

Simply need more money to meet those requirements. You might be able to pick up a decent used office PC for that.

With Nvidia, the first number or first two numbers is the generation of hardware. The last two numbers is the performance level. 60 is always better than 50. Super or Ti is better than the number alone. RTX better than GTX.

Nvidia
GTX 680 = GTX770 ~= GTX960 ~= GTX1050Ti/GTX1050 ~= GTX 1650. Cards below that might still be playable though, so don't ignore system that have a GTX950 or GTX1050
Any Nvidia RTX card will be more than enough.

With AMD a little harder to generalize. But larger numbers are better, and X as a suffix is better than no X. First number is a good indicator of generation until you reach 500, then they switched to 5000 and are currently on 6000 and the suffix switched to XT instead of X.

AMD
R9-270X = HD7870 = HD8870 (OEM only) = R9-370X (Ah the days of rebranding the same GPU over and over)
~= RX460/RX550 and any RX card with a bigger number will be just fine. RX5500

Just a quick look at Amazon.co.uk shows the cheapest desktop with a GTX1050 is £467, and it is paired with a relatively old 6th generation Intel CPU.

A GPU is required for this build, so worst case £73:

Won't be a fantastic GPU, but probably playable.

I already have the below, do you think these are worth incorporating?
Psu winpower model atx-p500 500W
seagate HDD 1tb
Kingston 120gb ssd windows 10 pro installed
Zotac gtx750 ti 2gb

I have an NVIDIA 1070 card with 8GB. I overclock the GPU by 145 MHz & 165 MHz with it's RAM. The game just stumbles like a drunk idiot; even on medium graphic settings. Same with Frontiers Studios Planet Coaster

You could certainly keep the storage and the GPU isn't half bad with the markets the way they are. Power supply is questionable for higher power GPUs, so factor in a power supply if you do manage to get a new GPU.

If it won't run well on a 1070 even at 2560x1080, then it may actually be more of a CPU bound title, in which case the solution may be something like a late model i5 or Ryzen 6 core.

If you ditch the storage requirements, that leaves a little room for maybe something like an i5-10400F and a B460 motherboard.

So I've just ignored all advice and done my own thing....

Ryzen 5 2600 Processor with Wraith Stealth Cooler

ASRock FATAL1TY B450 Gaming K4

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4 3200 MHz

I'll just save up for a new gpu and ill get a better quilts psu beforehand....please don't rip my choices apart haha its too late now

So it up and running, I am getting around 30fps which actually looks ok, I've got a mixture of medium/high from the game graphics settings. Can anyone explain these numbers? I'm using xbox game bar
cpu 23%
gpu 100%
vram 84%
Ram 40%
Fps 31

Not much to explain, GPU is running flat out. If that is your 750Ti, it just needs to be replaced at some point with something faster.

CPU will be more responsible for minimum frame rates, but at the moment, doesn't look like that is much of a problem.
Thanks, yea that makes sense, now i just need to get myself a bargain on better gpu
