Plase help! Could my PC run Arma III multiplayer games

So Arma III just got into a sale on Steam market and i got very intrested about the game. It seems that my PC meets properly the minimun requreiments and i can almost do the recommended ones, atleast according to the canyourunit website. But I read that the FPS can drop tramatically if you try to play the game's multiplayer mode.. So the question in here is can my PC run the game's multiplayer. I'm totally fine with low queality graphics and a bit lower resolution too.

My specs are:

CPU Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2320 CPU @ 3.00GHz

GPU NVIDIA GeForce GT 620

Operating system: Microsoft Windows 10 (build 10240), 64-bit

And 6,2 GB RAM
