"Playbar.biz" Help please !

Long story short, i tried downloading a free book for my class, and ended up getting this new weird bar on my Internet Browsers

When i search through it you can see the website redirect quickly to playbar.biz , and like 3 more websites too , im convinced at this point its a virus , i tried alot of things and it wont get rid of it, and when i search for it on googel it takes me too all these weird untrustworthy websites that tells me to download 3rd Party Programs.
I want to get rid of it !
So thats why I am here , ive come to this website before asking questions and everytime i always get the best answer, anyone here can help me with this problem? I am really conserned about my computers and accounts safety.!

check the Uninstall programs list, and uninstall if possible.
Get Malware Bytes Anti Malware and run it.
Get CCleaner and run it.

Usually that's all it takes for me to get rid of garbage like that. Its probably not doing anything other than making lots of hits on ad websites ($ for them) but I didn't do any research on that particular one.
