Playing downloaded network video training parts (rar file)

i down loadednetwork video training parts from testout-network-2009. rar
and can't be played, the message apearing the file you are attempting to play has an extension (.wmv) that dose'nt match the file format plyaing the file may result in an accepted behavior.

so how i can play the file
