Hello,
I'm going to be getting a 45-55" 4k tv for my office. Mainly for the smart tv options (netflix, amazon, etc.) However, there are a few games that I play on PC that I think would be a great playing on the new TV . Mainly the games that I play with a controller, which are mostly single player RPG's (Dark souls, Sekiro, AC games, etc.)
This would be my first time trying this, so my question is, how will these games perform on the tv compared to my monitor? I hear that input lag is pretty bad on TV's comparatively. Has anyone tried this and if so, what has been your experience? Barely noticeable? Or, so bad that it's not worth it? Any feed back is appreciated.

For reference, my monitor is nothing great, 29" LG 1080p ultrawide IPS, 5ms.
And PC Specs are Intel i5 6500, GTX 1060, 8gb ram
